The Inn at Hawnby, formally a Drovers' Inn, dates back to the 19th century.
It is set in the peaceful village of Hawnby in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
Our hotel is the ideal base for a relaxing break, providing high quality accommodation with many opportunities
for leisure activities nearby.
- Access to many hiking trails including the Cleveland Way and Mark Reid's Inn Way make it an ideal spot for walking.
- Cycling enthusiasts will enjoy the challenging terrain with trails such as national cycle route 65 passing through the village and MTB trails in Boltby Forest.
- Horse riding can be arranged locally at Bilsdale Riding Centre which is just a mile from the hotel.
- Hotel residents enjoy fishing rights on the rivers Seph and Rye. Trout fishing is permitted on Arden Great Lake for a small fee.
- Other activities such as hang gliding, clay pigeon shooting, 4x4 off-road driving are available locally.
